A Paving and Concrete Contractor Based in Westtown Township
Westtown Paving and Concrete works out of Westtown Township in Chester County, covering West Chester and the surrounding area within about a thirty minute drive.
Why three trades instead of one
Asphalt, concrete and drainage are usually sold by three different companies, and that causes a specific problem for homeowners. The asphalt company recommends asphalt. The concrete company recommends concrete. Neither one deals with the water that will decide how long either surface lasts.
We do all three, so the recommendation comes from the property rather than from what is on the truck. Sometimes that means telling someone their driveway needs a repair rather than a replacement, or that the real problem is a downspout rather than the concrete.

Where we work
Chester County is our core area, covering West Chester, Westtown, the Goshens, Thornbury, Pocopson, Willistown and out toward Malvern, Exton, Downingtown and Kennett Square. We also work west into Delaware County around Chadds Ford, Glen Mills, Edgemont, Media, Newtown Square and Garnet Valley.
How we work
Look at the whole picture
Surface, base and where the water goes. Quoting one without the others is how driveways get paid for twice.
Say what we would do
Including when the answer is a smaller job than you asked about, or work we do not sell.
Price it properly
A real number for a defined scope, with what is included written down.
Build it to the spec
What is under the surface matters more than what is on it, and it is the part nobody sees.
Licensed, insured and accountable
- Licensed: State licensed contractor
- Insured: Liability and workers compensation
